James started his career over 20 years ago by setting up a new region in the South West for food retailer Lidl before running the North London property office, delivering dozens of standalone, mixed-use and express stores. For the past decade he has focused on leading complex large-scale residential developments of between 30 to 500 units in town centres, suburban and peri-urban settings across the UK. James is passionate about creating value through the development process, for local communities, customers and investors. He is a Chartered Planning and Development surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (no.5685727).

Robert has been working in construction for two decades and has overseen the development of multiple commercial and private projects, including newbuild family homes. ​ Robert oversees the construction delivery of our Astrantia Homes division.

As Director of Financial Risk and Modelling, Petr Ludvik brings over three decades of experience in financial systems and risk management. A qualified actuary, Peter has been involved in financial modelling for major projects such as the Nuclear Decommissioning Fund and Lloyd's of London as it transitioned to a limited company. Petr's expertise includes asset/liability management and the application of stochastic modelling to assess long-term financial risks.

David has over 50 years of construction experience, having first set up his construction company in 1974. David has undertaken a whole range of construction projects including many commercial projects for Church of England Schools and residential developments on behalf of clients.

Tommy brings decades of experience as a serial entrepreneur and business leader to the forefront of the property industry. Having built and scaled multiple successful ventures, he now focuses his expertise on shaping the strategic direction of Astrantia alongside his partners. Tommy’s leadership is defined by a commitment to high-performance culture and operational excellence, ensuring that every Astrantia development reflects the team's shared vision for architectural integrity and sustainable innovation.
