We are a family orientated SME housebuilder with over 100 years of construction and development experience between us.
Astrantia Homes was established to deliver exemplary 21st century dwellings, with placebuilding, sustainability and architectural integrity at its core.
Thoughtful property development focuses on people, not just buildings. What's important is how our buildings enable future occupiers to live their best lives and that our business delivers this whilst limiting the impact of what we do on future generations.
Our schemes of between 2-10 houses are delivered by our internal construction team and trusted partners.

Where we operate
Southwest of England
Astrantia Homes focuses on developing in the Southwest of England, broadly within a 45min to 1-hour drivetime from Plymouth, Devon. This enables us to use our in-house contracting capability.
We are looking for:

Land for between 2-10 houses.

Sites located in aspirational, well-connected urban and suburban areas.

Preference for sites which already have planning consents commensurate with Astrantia Homes standards.
Agency fees paid, agreed on a site-by-site basis. You bring the value, we'll pay you accordingly. Relationships mean everything to us.
