Harpenden

This site sits within a two minute stroll into the centre of Harpenden, and fronts onto Rothamsted Park. Designed by award winning RCKa Architects with pitch-roofed pavillions, the scheme centres around a communal courtyard. It was developed by PegasusLife with Oaktree Capital financing.

A local Trust owned the site, and were devastated by a local developer who failed to deliver on promises made. James Ahearne was able to assist the Trust by offering a deliverable proposal.
