Astrantia Homes

The family behind the homes.

Who we are

Astrantia Homes is a family housebuilder, developing a small number of its own homes, designed to last and built to a standard we are willing to put our name to.

The business grows out of a family construction firm founded in 1974. Three generations on, that hands-on building experience still runs through everything we do, from how a site is assessed to how a home is detailed and finished.

We develop a handful of our own schemes at a time, on well-connected brownfield land, rather than building at volume. Each home is architecturally led and considered over its whole life: its carbon, its energy, and how well it will stand up over the decades a family will live in it.

The result is a small number of characterful, sustainable homes, delivered with the discipline of people who have spent their careers on far larger and more complex schemes.
